Promoting healthy living and communication in the workplace with Think Money

Think Money, the personalised on-line and telephone banking group, was opening a new campus Headquarters facility in Salford and required some help finding the perfect design to fit with their company ethics and philosophy. On top of this, they had 1,200 staff migrating to the new location, each with unique needs for both work and downtime in the new location. 

With a few key ideas in mind which were fundamental to the final outcome of this design, Think Money approached Squaredot to build a motivational HQ where communication could flow and employees could feel happy and healthy. It was pivotal that healthy living was promoted across the new campus, through nutritional catering options and exercise facilities. Communication is a pivotal part of Think Moneys business ethics and core vision, so a welcoming, warm environment that encourages conversation was a must when creating the new space.

From sporting facilities to intensive IT and training suites, Think Moneys HQ was designed for work and play. Offering a dedicated 1km running track around the campus, the facility also boasts a gymnasium with capacity for 60 people and a fully serviced all day restaurant seating 250 people at any one time. The facility also offers a staged auditorium housing 200+ people and a welcoming business lounge offering a relaxing, warm and friendly environment. Helping to prepare new and existing employees for the demands of the highly competitive financial industry are state-of-the-art IT facilities and contact centre training suites, designed to inspire and motivate.
