The post COVID era is driving a series of dynamic environments demonstrated by MAG's revitalised building at Manchester airport and CBRE IM's refurbished head office in St Paul's London.
Squaredot issue a summary report "The Sticky Workplace", representing some 16,000 respondents from 30 organisations. The report supports evidence to the BCO's own research paper on future UK office densities.
Workplace studies continue to gather pace for a variety of different market sectors. Network Rail, VW Group, Fisher German, MAG, Warwick University, Linc and Jaguar Land Rover all benefit from Squaredot's expertise.
The outbreak of COVID 19 spurns our workplace analysis services to a new level in tackling the remnants of the biggest shock to industry, society, the economy and the property and design sector.
After 3 years intensive workplace analysis and design development, IM Group's new HQ facility, The Fore in Solihull, goes live. The year is rounded off by Squaredot becoming an NHS SBS registered company.
Savills new office at Birmingham's 55 Colmore Row is opened, launching a national review of its entire organisation and property portfolio. It is the largest review Savills had ever commissioned.
Birmingham City Council's 10 Woodcock street wins the coveted BCO Test of Time award. The UK's largest IT infrastructure company, SCC commissions Squaredot to design it's HQ facility in Birmingham.
Workplace analysis commissions reach a new level with appointments by Savills and Virgin Media, as well as break through's into the Higher Education sector for Staffordshire and Swansea Universities.
Operations Centre in Riyadh goes live and Squaredot are appointed to design Whitbread's support centre in Dunstable. Meanwhile Kimberly-Clarks new shared services centre goes live in Reigate.
Squaredot's first project in The Middle East came with the design of a 200,000 sq ft operations centre for Al Rajhi Bank in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. 2014 is also the year Squaredot become an ISO 9001 accredited company.
The highest achievement yet in the BCO awards comes with a regional and national win with Birmingham City Council's flagship building, 10 Woodcock Street.
Another regional BCO award heads Squaredot's way with the best Commercial design at Bristol & Bath Science Park. After the succesful consolidation of Kimberly-Clark's UK HQ facility, a European rollout follows.
Postcode Anywhere, Barclays, Think Money, Severn Trent and The West Brom become the latest to benefit from Squaredot's unique approach to workplace interior strategy and design.
Birmingham City Council wins the first of three regional BCO awards when Lifford House becomes the first premises building, fully fitted out with the new design guidelines.
Network Rail's HQ facility in Kings Place, Kings Cross is a finalist in the regional BCO awards, whilst the client base continues to expand with new commissions from Savills, GVA Grimley and Knight Frank.
Squaredot help Birmingham City Council consolidate 57 properties down to 6 representing one of the biggest of its kind in the UK. Squaredot lead on developing the new standards to be rolled out across the property portfolio.
Squaredot relocate from to a new HQ facility in Stratford-upon-Avon, whilst developing new relationships with Finlays, the UK's largest importer of tea leaves and flowers. Plus, a new generation of Maintenance & Safety Training Centres for Network Rail.
Squaredot wins its third and fourth regional BCO awards for GIA offices, on the South Bank Centre, London. Going on to pick up the same award for Network Rail's, Leadership Development Centre, near Warwick.
Our long journey with Network Rail commences with the design of the Westwood Leadership Development Centre, by Warwick University.
CBRE Global Investors office in London brings home Squaredot's second regional BCO award.
Squaredot client base expands with CBRE, Papworth Trust, Black & Decker, Serco and Kimberly-Clark. Avaya becomes our first international success story in the Netherlands.
Squaredot wins first of many BCO (British Council for Offices) awards for Cadbury Schweppes in Watford.
Squaredot design probably the world's first co-working office for e-office in Soho, London.

Previously the choice I had on where I could do my job, was the desk or a cellular space, with poor facilities.
