About Us

Our designs start with
understanding you.
Your business, your
workplace, and most
importantly, your
people.

Squaredot was established with the aim of making businesses work better.

Through detailed intelligent analysis and creative thinking, we aspire to shape better working environments where both people and businesses thrive.

Like the best ideas, a Squaredot space can’t be boxed in. Our designs are as unique as each of our clients. We analyse three of the most important parts of your business: People, Process and Place to form the DNA behind our evidence-led design, and to create an exceptional environment built around your brand values and culture.

Corporate Workplaces

People oriented offices designed to boost productivity and inspire.

Industrial Workplaces

Robust industrial environments that are both practical and attractive.

Higher Education

Engaging campuses that help to grow and nurture knowledge.

Healthcare

Efficient healthcare spaces that combine comfort and functionality.

The Story of Squaredot

A Journey We’re Extremely Proud Of

Our People

Where would a business be without its people?

We know that people make a business, and our people really do make Squaredot. Based in our studio in Stratford-Upon-Avon, our team bring together an eclectic mix of complementary skills, unique styles, innovative ideas, analytical minds, and creative opinions. Working together, we are a team dedicated to bettering your business.

David Kramer

Director

As a creative designer, David Kramer has an incredible wealth of experience within the design industry, which he brought to the table when founding Squaredot with business partner Kris in 2000. Together they have successfully transformed and grown the company into a renowned, award-winning workplace design agency. David’s deep passion for design, drive for creative solutions and excellent attention to detail has led to successful, unique design solutions for such prestigious clients as IM Group, MAG, and CBRE.

Kris Krokosz

Director

Designer, strategist, and expert in the application of workplace analysis to interior design, Kris Krokosz co-founded Squaredot with David Kramer in 2000. They shared a vision of using evidence led design and creative excellence to maximise people’s potential at work, developing unique business and people led solutions. As a member of The British Council for Offices, Kris sits on a number of committees and working groups providing valuable insight, and shares their aspiration to demonstrate and evolve excellence in office design.

Ian Humphreys

Senior Designer

As Senior Architectural Interior Designer at Squaredot, Ian Humphreys plays a pivotal role across all stages of design projects, from working closely with clients in the first instance to determine their initial aspirations, to on-going management of the design team through later stages of the process. He is responsible for both high level and front end design in the Feasibility and Concept stages, and is adept at finding the most efficient use of space.

Paul Tupman

Studio Lead

Paul Tupman has been an integral part of the Squaredot team since 2012 and as Senior Interior Designer he is a valuable asset, leading projects from start to finish and championing our intelligent analysis process. This key role in leading the analytical stages of the Squaredot process, results in data informing and formulating the design brief and end results of each project. Creating impactful workspaces and what this means once translated into a creative design.

Joe Huddleston

Business Development Manager

Joining Squaredot in 2023 Joseph brings with him over 15 years of professional experience in Interior Design, a passion for contributing to local and national built environments, and an exceptional skillset when it comes to liaising with clients, leading to him being “Client Trusted Advisor” on a number of previous projects. With a keen interest in consultative design in order to positively engage with clients, Joseph is passionate about ensuring exceptional results throughout the design journey.

What Our Clients Say

Previously the choice I had on where I could do my job, was the desk or a cellular space, with poor facilities. Today, I was in the office as part of my hybrid way of working and spent time in five completely different settings, each supporting five different activities that formed an intrinsic reason for being in the office in the first place

David Fowlds, Core Property Director

Manchester Airports Group

It was a real team effort to identify the concerns and agree the objectives to develop and deliver the design we are now enjoying. Now that we have reopened the office and welcomed everyone back,  our people are already enjoying the space and I’m very glad to see the positive way that everyone has responded to the challenge of our new environment and the updated ways of working in a more agile way

John Mulqueen, Director

CBRE IM

Squaredot have provided the creative ideas to support our new corporate image and accommodation standards and are great people to work with. They bring freshness, enthusiasm and vitality to the team.

Peter Jones, Director of property

Birmingham City Council
