Avison Young Hosts the launch of the new BCO Specification Guide

Kris & Jen were catching up with our client Avison Young today and rubbing shoulders with other design professionals at the BCO Midlands launch of the Guide to Specification 2019. The client hub of the newly re-opened office was put to good use as everyone listened to the latest updates to the guide.

Just as we had hoped and designed for, the people at Avison Young are certainly making good use of this new flexible space.

Significant change has occurred in the office industry since the previous editions of the BCO Guide to Specification were published in 2004, 2009 and 2014.  Technological, sociological and environmental changes are reshaping approaches to providing offices, making the traditional ways redundant in many cases.

The 2019 BCO Guide takes on board the growing realisation that people, productivity and well-being are the principal drivers in the value proposition of creating office space.
